St Michael's Fireworks Factory of Lija won the the 11th edition of the Malta International Fireworks Festival (MIFF) with an overriding 435 points out of a total of 500. The spectacular festival came to a close last night, with two pyro-musical displays by Italian company Parente Fireworks company.

Grand Harbour under fireworks tonight
The 11th Edition of the Malta International Fireworks Festival (MIFF), organised by the Ministry for Tourism, Culture and the Environment (MTCE) and the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) fires up on Sunday the 29th April at 21.00hrs and comes to a sizzling close on the 1st May with the awarding ceremony.
